Stuff I Like. Cross Stitch Patterns on Etsy
I've been thinking a lot about cross stitch lately. I have a lot of embroidery floss and I've always enjoyed doing cross stitch. The problem? It is difficult to find cool, up to date patterns. I've been on the lookout for a while for some modern cross stitch patterns and have several in my etsy favorites now so I thought I'd share!

Wow - I love the dandelion! I haven't done cross stitch in a very long time, but I always enjoyed it.
Oh, and thanks for picking my homely little plant fairy! :o) I will try to come up with something better next month.
My hands are ruined from years of inputting data...so I can only crosstitch for a little while at a time. My mother-in-law was a HUGE crosstitcher and would make those big beautiful ones for weddings and babies. Sure miss her!
I decided to dedicate myself to starting (and finishing) a wall hanging for a new baby. My brother is having his first baby in February...so that gives me approximately 6 months. My daughter wanted to learn so I bought her a small starter one.
And all this to say...some crafting just goes through the years and every generation wants to learn how. It is hard to find something that you look at and think...when I am done YES I will want to hang that up.
